Online Awareness Through Movement® classes invite you to slow down and tune into how you move and how you can rest more easily.

  1. Each lesson guides you through novel, often unconventional movement sequences designed to help you break free from habitual patterns.

  2. By exploring these gentle, mindful movements, you gain greater self-awareness and improve your coordination, flexibility, and ease.

  3. This series focuses on the movements of the rib cage, spine, shoulders, pelvis and breathing.

  4. You'll discover how subtle changes in movement can deepen your breath, expand your range of motion, and improve your overall comfort.

  5. All from the convenience of your home.
